I want everyone to be able to use this site, including people with disabilities. The site has been adapted with the aim of meeting the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments for Service) Regulations, 2013, following Israeli Standard SI 5568 and the WCAG guidelines at level AA.
What has been done
- A clear heading structure, and a language set for every page and for passages written in another language.
- Full keyboard navigation, with a clear focus indicator and a "Skip to main content" link.
- Alternative text for images, and labels for buttons and links shown as icons.
- Colour contrast checked for text on solid backgrounds.
- A button to pause animations, which also stop automatically when reduced motion is set on the device.
- Screen reader notice for links that open in a new window.
- Layout adapted for mobile and for enlarged text.
Known limitations
This statement covers the main site and the project pages Chelsea Residences (u810properties.com/chelsea), OceanZ (u810properties.com/oceanz), Greenz (u810properties.com/greenz) and Arthouse Residences (u810properties.com/arthouse), which were adapted in the same way. Third-party content (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram) is not part of these sites and may not be fully accessible. Some parts of the sites themselves may also not yet be fully accessible.
