This policy explains what information is collected when you browse the U810 Properties website, what it is used for, and what your rights are. The site is operated by U810 Marketing DWC-LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates (A3, Business Centre, Floor 3, Business Park, Dubai, UAE), which is responsible for the information. This policy covers the main site and the U810 Properties project pages: Chelsea Residences (u810properties.com/chelsea), OceanZ (u810properties.com/oceanz), Greenz (u810properties.com/greenz) and Arthouse Residences (u810properties.com/arthouse).
What information is collected
The site has no forms and no sign-up. You are not asked to enter your name, phone number or email address on the site itself. Information is collected in three ways:
Meta Pixel. The site uses Meta's measurement tool (Facebook and Instagram), only if you accept it in the cookie banner. It records page views and clicks on the WhatsApp buttons, and is used to measure campaigns and to show ads. Meta may link this information to your account with Meta, in line with Meta's own privacy policy.
WhatsApp. When you tap a WhatsApp button and send a message, your phone number and the content of your message reach me through WhatsApp. The first message is pre-filled, and you can change it before sending.
Hosting. The site is hosted by Netlify. As with any website, the server receives technical information such as your IP address and browser type. Fonts are hosted on the site itself and are not loaded from an external service.
How the information is used
To reply to your enquiries, measure campaign performance and improve the site. Personal information is not sold to anyone.
Cookies
The Meta Pixel uses cookies and similar technologies. A banner appears on your first visit, and the tool only runs if you accept. If you decline, it does not send information to Meta.
You can change your choice at any time through the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. When you withdraw consent, the site's Meta cookies are deleted from your browser. Your choice itself is stored in your browser only, and applies to all pages on the site, including the project pages.
Data retention
WhatsApp conversations are kept indefinitely, unless you ask for them to be deleted.
Your rights and how to exercise them
You can ask to see the information you have provided, correct it or delete it, including your WhatsApp conversations with me. To do so, contact me on WhatsApp: +971 58 567 4210. Once your request has been handled, you will receive a confirmation.
Information collected through the Meta Pixel is held by Meta. To manage or delete it, use the privacy and ad settings in your Meta account.
Links to other websites
The site and the project pages link to Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp. Each of them has its own privacy policy.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated. The date at the top of the page shows the latest update.
