How to check the project yourself

Every registered project in Dubai has a project number, a supervised escrow account, and an independent monitoring report. You can check all of it on the Land Department site.

Project number: 3719, confirmed against the official Land Department monitoring report.
Developer: DAMAC Crest Development L.L.C, developer number 2117.
Construction progress: 5.19% as of the report dated 07/08/2026, up from 0.65% in the previous inspection. Status: Enabling Works, in preparation and piling stage.
Escrow account: Dubai Islamic Bank (Public Joint Stock Company).
Plot and location: Plot 28, Madinat Dubai Almelaheyah, Maritime City.
Area and units: 63,603.74 sqm, 703 units.
Tower structure: Tower A: ground + 2 parking levels + 25 floors. Tower B: 28 floors. Tower C: 30 floors + roof.
Expected handover: 31/12/2029, per developer materials.
Taxation: Full exemption from income tax and capital gains tax in Dubai, standard across the UAE.
Golden Visa: Purchasing a property valued at AED 2 million or more creates eligibility to apply for a long-term residence visa. This is eligibility to apply, not an automatic approval.
